Cabinet cooler
Partial overheating of the cabinet can be achieved by adding
cooling units to increase the flow rate and flow of the wind. It is

After the compressed air flows through the vortex tube, it becomes
cold and hot. The hot air is discharged through the vortex tube
exhaust device at a slightly higher pressure, and the cold air is
introduced into the heat-generating portion of the chassis through
the diverter to reduce and stabilize the internal temperature of
the chassis while the outside air does not enter the chassis. With
the low cost and reliable performance of the vortex tube cooler as
the core component, the panel cooler can reduce the compressed air
temperature by 45 degrees. The cold air flow is introduced into the
heat-generating parts of the screen cabinet through the diverter
and a positive pressure is formed in the cabinet so that the
outside air cannot enter and the screen cabinet is effectively
cooled and purified. Those small and compact multi-functional
electronic control systems, variable speed drive systems, servo
systems, and programmable logic control systems are extremely
sensitive to heat and contamination. Overheating causes these
sensitive electronic and electrical components to fail, the digital
display system mis-displays, the control system drifts, and the
system malfunctions under the condition of less than rated load.
The result is a reduction in production efficiency due to frequent
stops of the machine or the production line. The fan can only
provide insufficient cooling effect, and often bring dirty, moist,
corrosive air in the environment into the cabinet, causing damage
to the electrical equipment. The air conditioning is bulky,
difficult to install and requires frequent maintenance, and the
operating costs are high. The vortex cooler has no loss of moving
parts and only uses an internal vortex tube to convert the
compressed air into low-pressure, evenly distributed air in the
cabinet. The cold air flow creates a slight positive pressure in
the cabinet to prevent dust or contaminants from entering, making
it particularly suitable for harsh working environments. From small
computer control cabinets, touch screen control panels to large
electronic screen cabinets, vortex coolers provide efficient,
reliable, closed protection that does not stop due to heat and
environmental pollution.
How it works The vortex tube generates vortices from the compressed
air and divides it into two streams - one hot and one cold.
Compressed air enters a cylindrical vortex generator that is larger
than a hot (long) tube that generates swirling airflow. Next, the
rotating airflow is forced to enter the heat pipe inside the heat
pipe wall at a rotational speed of 1,000,000 rpm. . At the end of
the heat pipe, a small part of the air escapes through the needle
valve as hot air. The remaining air is returned at a lower speed
through the center of the swirling airflow entering the heat pipe.
The hot, slower rotating air flow passes through the rapidly
rotating air stream entering the heat pipe. This ultra-speed cold
air flows through the center of the generator and cools down with
cold air exhaust.
